Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts 2022
January 27, 2022
2:15pm - 3:15pm
Effective risk prevention practice, occasional fraud, and cross border issues require businesses to preplan and limit risk, including with distressed companies.
On January 27, Jennifer Selendy will join a group of panelists to discuss tactics that better protect creditors, including banks, bondholders, hedge funds, and parties in interest. The virtual program, "Lenders vs. Lenders," will be hosted by PLI (Practising Law Institute) and will examine:
- Priming financings: namely, why are they more prevalent in today’s market?
- How to document?
- The potential challenges and risks to borrower and creditors.
- Learning from recent cases, including TriMark, Serta, and Boardriders.
