Nancy Fairbank earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she attended after completing M.S. degrees with distinction from the University of Oxford and University of Birmingham (UK) as a Marshall Scholar.
While in law school, Nancy was a member of the Lambda Law Alliance and Women’s Law Association. She also founded Dear Future Colleague (DFC), a non-profit organization that supports underrepresented students applying to graduate school and highly competitive scholarships. DFC has since become the flagship program of the Leadership Brainery, another 501(c)(3) organization, where Nancy remains involved as a board member.
