Selendy Gay was built on a foundation of collaboration and inclusion. These aren’t initiatives – they define who we are.
As a firm, we continuously examine equity and inclusion efforts in our industry as well as our own infrastructure, recruiting, and training programs. We consider the host of challenges faced by groups who historically have been underrepresented in the legal profession.
Out of that examination, we've developed the Selendy Gay Fellowship that focuses on attracting, retaining, and nurturing outstanding candidates from a variety of different backgrounds.
Selendy Gay provides long-term, individually-tailored training, mentoring and post-recruitment support to help all our associates achieve their long-term potential. Fellowship recipients, like all of our of associates, will have access to long-term professional and personal support, while giving them the agency to opt in and out based on their specific needs and goals.
