Founding partner Jennifer Selendy has been recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Top Lawyers in 2025. This national honor highlights attorneys with exceptional legal track records, strong reputations among peers, and leadership in consequential cases and legal developments.
Jennifer was selected for representing plaintiffs in high-stakes disputes, including her current representation of Albertsons in a $6 billion merger dispute against Kroger and last year’s $1.1 billion trial victory for Fortis Advisors in a landmark earnout dispute against Johnson & Johnson, in which the Court found the former shareholders of Auris Health entitled to the largest earnout-related damages award in Delaware history. Additionally, Forbes recognized her humanitarian work as co-founder of the 30 Birds Foundation, which has relocated over 500 Afghan girls and their families to safety in Canada.
Earlier this year, Forbes named Jennifer and founding partner Faith Gay to its list of America’s Best-in-State Lawyers for their impact in the New York legal market.
