Selendy Gay partner Faith Gay was named a “Leading Commercial Litigator” of 2026 by the Daily Journal. The annual feature highlights attorneys handling high-impact and complex commercial litigation.
The publication highlighted Faith’s role in founding Selendy Gay, noting the firm’s focus on high-stakes trials and its record of trying more than 20 cases since its founding. It also noted her background as a former assistant U.S. attorney and deputy chief of special prosecutions in the Eastern District of New York.
Faith was also lauded for her recent work on behalf of faculty unions in Florida, where she secured a summary judgment ruling that a state law banning arbitration of certain employment disputes was preempted by the Federal Arbitration Act. In addition, the publication noted her representation of New York Governor Kathy Hochul in multidistrict litigation in the Northern District of California involving claims against social media companies related to adolescent addiction and personal injury.
