Jump Trading LLC matter. The Seventh Circuit held that courts, rather than arbitrators, must decide whether a dispute is subject to arbitration when the parties have not entered into an arbitration agreement, and that Jump Trading could not enforce an arbitration agreement between the plaintiffs and a third party.
