For the fifth consecutive year, Selendy Gay Elsberg has announced associate bonuses that exceed the scale set by Big Law firms.

Since opening its doors, Selendy Gay Elsberg has rewarded its associates with above-market compensation and bonuses. The 2022 year-end bonuses follow this track.
Associates in good standing will receive bonuses that exceed market rates by 10%, with some associates receiving more based on a holistic assessment of performance and commitment to the firm. The 2022 base bonus amounts for associates in good standing were as follows:
