Selendy Gay is pleased to announce the elevation of four new partners, effective January 1, 2024: David Coon, Michael Duke, Will Rathgeber, and Vivek Tata. The firm’s newest partners are experienced trial and appellate litigators who advise clients in federal and state courts, arbitration hearings, and investigations.

The promotions will bring the firm’s number of partners to 19 and associates to 59.
