In the legal space, firms like ours are seeing firsthand the benefits of having LGBTQ+ lawyers represented at all levels of trial teams. Diversity, including among leadership, brings unique perspectives and promotes creativity of thought and approach that translates into courtroom success.
This principle is not unique to law firms. We know that diversity among the people making corporate decisions unquestionably drives better outcomes, and LGBTQ+ representation in the “room where it happens” is a critical component to optimizing corporate success.
