Andrew earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School where he was a comments editor for The University of Pennsylvania Law Review and a member of the Penn Law Mock trial Association. While in law school, Andrew was a summer associate at Selendy Gay.
Prior to rejoining Selendy Gay, Andrew was a law clerk for the Hon. D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit.
