Austin Upshaw

Austin holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he earned the National Competition Award for his achievements as a competitor on the school’s Moot Court team.

Prior to joining the firm, Austin was a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While in law school, he was a litigation extern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, a Research Assistant, and a Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant.
