Austin Upshaw

Austin earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a Staff Editor, Research Assistant, and Constitutional Law Teaching Assistant. 

Prior to rejoining the firm, Austin was a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. While in law school, Austin was a litigation extern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York and a summer associate at Selendy Gay.
