Bill Wang earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was symposium editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law.
While in law school, he represented clients in unemployment compensation hearings as an intern with Philadelphia Legal Assistance, an organization committed to providing accessible legal services to individuals and families in need. He also represented defendants in Philadelphia Municipal Court through the Criminal Defense Clinic.
