
Charlotte Kahan earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was executive editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and a recipient of the Orison S. Marden Moot Court Competition's Best Brief Award.
While in law school, Charlotte served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Margaret M. Garnett of the Southern District of New York and a legal intern at The Legal Aid Society. She was also a law clerk at Children's Law Center of California. Prior to law school, Charlotte was a high school history teacher in the Bronx.
