Daniel Goldberg-Gradess is Director & AI Counsel at Selendy Gay, where he leads the firm’s AI initiatives and the development of practical, responsible, and high-impact AI solutions across the litigation lifecycle. Daniel’s practice sits at the intersection of litigation, technology, and innovation, with a focus on building thoughtful and operationally sound approaches to AI adoption in legal practice.
Working closely with attorneys and business teams, Daniel integrates AI into litigation strategy, case management, motion practice, deposition preparation, trial preparation, and broader firm operations.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Daniel served as an AI Services Attorney at Latham & Watkins, where he was part of the firm’s inaugural AI legal services team and helped develop and deliver AI-enabled support across active matters. Previously, he was a litigation associate at Sive, Paget & Riesel, where he co-founded the firm’s AI Committee and led the evaluation and implementation of generative AI tools and attorney training initiatives. Daniel began his legal career at Dechert LLP, where he litigated a broad range of complex disputes and completed the firm’s innovation certificate program.
