Duncan Hardiman earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Fellow in the Program in Law and Public Service. He also served as an editor of The Journal of Law and Politics, and as the Events Chair and Treasurer for the Virginia Law Prison Project.
While in law school, Duncan was a summer law intern for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and a student clinician in the Economic and Consumer Justice Clinic and the Criminal Defense Clinic. Prior to law school, he was an AmeriCorps VISTA, where he served as a community program coordinator and analyst for Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
