Eduard Bershitskiy

Eduard Bershitskiy earned his J.D., with honors, from Columbia Law School, where he was a Notes Editor and Production Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review and a research assistant to Professor Shyamkrishna Balganesh.

While in law school, Eduard was a legal extern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and The Legal Aid Society’s Consumer Bankruptcy Unit. He was also a summer associate at Selendy Gay.

Prior to his studies at Columbia, Eduard practiced law in Russia, where his work included complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters.
