Emily earned her J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law where she was an articles and essays editor for the California Law Review, and senior executive editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She was also co-vice president of the American Constitution Society.
While in law school, she was a summer associate at Selendy gay, and a Public Service Fellow at the Office of the New York State Attorney General. Prior to starting law school, Emily was a paralegal at Outten & Golden LLP.
