
Emma Austin earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was a Pro Bono Scholar and an executive editor for the New York University Law Review.
While in law school, Emma was selected for the Birnbaum Women's Leadership Fellows program and served as president of the Unemployment Action Center. She was also a student attorney for the Civil Litigation – Employment Law Clinic. Emma worked as a legal intern at the Labor Bureau of the Office of the New York Attorney General's Office and as a law clerk at Solidarity Law.
