Gabriel earned his J.D. from Georgetown Law Center where he was a managing editor of The Georgetown Environmental Law Review and a student attorney for the Civil Rights Clinic.
While in law school, Gabriel was a legal extern for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia and a legal intern for The Center for Climate Integrity. Prior to starting law school, he was a research manager at EAB Global, Inc.
