
Gabrielle Kanter is a litigator with experience in a broad range of complex commercial and antitrust disputes representing plaintiffs and defendants in both federal and state courts.
Before joining Selendy Gay, Gabrielle served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Wesley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the Honorable Paul A. Crotty of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Honorable Stephen H. Glickman of the D.C. Court of Appeals. Prior to that, Gabrielle was an antitrust associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where she focused on civil antitrust and commercial litigation and government investigations.
Gabrielle earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School. She was the Executive Bench Editor of the Moot Court board and a member of the Legal Information Institute’s Supreme Court Bulletin. Gabrielle also served as the Judicial Codes Counselor, advising students and faculty accused of campus misconduct.
