
Isaac Kirschner earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude and was a Robert McKay Scholar. While in law school, he was a managing editor for development of the Annual Survey of American Law and participated in the Regulatory Policy Clinic with the Institute for Policy Integrity. Isaac also interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York and the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
Before joining Selendy Gay, Isaac served as a law clerk to Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He subsequently clerked for Judge William J. Nardini of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit before returning to Selendy Gay.
