Jeremy Jacobson is an attorney with experience litigating a broad range of complex commercial, securities, antitrust, and intellectual property disputes at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Jeremy serves as a core member of the trial team, and is experienced in developing case strategy, managing discovery, drafting briefs and motions, taking and defending depositions, working with experts, and preparing witnesses to testify at trial.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Jeremy was an associate in the litigation practice at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he worked on several trials, including an antitrust dispute involving major tech companies and a contract dispute in the telecommunications industry. He also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Joshua D. Wolson of the U.S. District Court, E.D.P.A. in Philadelphia.
Jeremy earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor for the New York University Law Review and was named a Florence Allen Scholar. He holds a Master’s degree in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies and International Affairs from The George Washington University.
