John earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, John was a law clerk to Judge Vernon Broderick on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and to Judge Rachel Bloomekatz on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He was previously a litigation associate at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.
