Joseph earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Moot Court Board and a member of the ABA Appellate Team. He was also co-president of the NYU Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and a board member of NYU Antitrust and Competition Law Society.
While in law school, he was a clinical intern at The Earth Rights Research and Action (TERRA) Clinic and a research assistant at the Vista Institute for AI. Joseph was also a legislative extern for Assembly Member Linda Rosenthal and a summer law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission.
