Justin earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, the Penn Law Veterans Association, and the Penn Grad Boxing Club.
Before law school, Justin was an Armor Officer in the United States Army. Prior to joining Selendy Gay, he clerked for the Honorable Zachary N. Somers at the United States Court of Federal Claims.
