Kayleigh Yerdon

Kayleigh Yerdon is an attorney with experience in advising domestic companies, international companies, and lenders in connection with financial restructurings, bankruptcy-related matters, and mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Kayleigh was an Associate in the Restructuring group at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP, where her clients included major corporations such as Spirit Airlines, Big Lots, Digicel, and Dufry. In this role, she managed complete transaction processes, from conducting due diligence and negotiating agreements to advising clients on in-court proceedings.

Kayleigh earned her J.D. from Cornell Law School and her Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. While at Cornell Law School, she received the “Freeman Award for Civil-Human Rights” and the “Outstanding Clinical Student Award.”
