Kokila Jain joined the Firm as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, she is a strategic member of the senior leadership team, entrusted with leading the Firm’s growth strategy, working capital management, data analytics, strategic and financial planning, investment activities, controllership, taxation, benefits administration, and financial reporting.
Kokila has over twenty-five years of hands-on experience and an outstanding track record of modernizing finance and business operations, leveraging digital transformation and automation to support future growth and enhance profitability. Her experience spans multiple industry verticals, from technology to manufacturing, professional services and law, with several involving a global footprint.
Kokila graduated from Drexel University with an MBA in Finance. She is a board member and advisor to the SEED Foundation in India, a non-profit whose mission is to increase literacy among indigent children in India.
