Kristen Chambers is Selendy Gay’s Human Resources Director. She is responsible for administering firm benefits and policies, performance management, employee relations and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Kristen has over ten years of experience in human resources. She held various roles in human resources at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and then at Marcum LLP before joining Selendy Gay in 2021.
Kristen holds a BA in political science from Villanova University, as well as a Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification.
