Lee Avci joined the Firm as Controller. In this role, he oversees the Firm’s accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
Lee brings more than thirty years of finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles at law firms and other professional services organizations with domestic and international operations. He has extensive experience managing global accounting functions, consolidations, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and strategic finance initiatives, as well as leading teams through organizational growth and operational change.
Prior to joining the Firm, Lee served as Interim Director of Finance & Controller at Elsberg Baker & Maruri PLLC and Chief Financial Officer at DLA, LLC. He also held senior finance leadership positions at Kobre & Kim, Fragomen, Weichert Workforce Mobility, and Conduent.
Lee earned his B.S. in Accounting from Montclair State University and is an Enrolled Agent.
