Levi earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While in law school, he served as a research assistant to Professor Jeannie Suk Gersen and Professor Jack Goldsmith, was a student attorney for the Election Law Clinic, and worked as a summer associate at Selendy Gay and Dovel & Luner.
Prior to law school, he worked as an economic litigation consultant at Cornerstone Research.
