Megan Vincent

Megan Vincent is a litigator who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, antitrust litigation, securities matters, regulatory enforcement actions, and restructuring-related litigation. She has represented public companies, financial institutions, creditors, and investment funds in high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts, Delaware proceedings, and investigations before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Megan was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and, most recently, at a leading litigation boutique, where she represented clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving liability management transactions, securities enforcement actions, antitrust matters, and expedited Delaware litigation. Her experience includes serving as lead drafting associate on complaints and dispositive motions, managing complex discovery and expert workstreams, second-chairing key depositions, and participating directly in settlement negotiations with government regulators.

Megan earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was a member of the Journal of Racial and Ethnic Justice and the HLS Lambda ID Services Project. She received her B.A. in Social Research and Public Policy, with honors, from New York University Abu Dhabi.
