Megan Eloise Vincent is a litigator who represents clients in complex commercial disputes, restructuring-related litigation, regulatory enforcement actions, and antitrust litigation. She has represented public companies, financial institutions, creditors, high-net-worth individuals, and investment funds in high-stakes litigation in federal and state courts and before the SEC.

Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Megan was an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and, most recently, at a leading litigation boutique, where she represented clients in sophisticated commercial disputes involving liability management transactions, securities enforcement actions, antitrust matters, and expedited complex litigation. 

Megan earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She received her B.A. in Social Research and Public Policy, with honors, from New York University Abu Dhabi.  She originally is from Christchurch, New Zealand.
