Nicholas earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Yale Law Journal and a policy editor for the Yale Law & Policy Review.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Nicholas was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Rachel Wainer Apter of the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Michael Farbiarz of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
