Panya Gupta

Panya Gupta is a litigator with experience in technology antitrust, securities, copyright, and privacy disputes representing clients in both federal and state courts.

Before joining Selendy Gay, Panya was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Previously, Panya clerked for the Honorable William L. Osteen, Jr of the United States District Court, Middle District of North Carolina. 

Panya Gupta earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Georgetown Law Technology Review, a student attorney for the Communications and Technology Law and Policy Clinic, and a law clerk for Senator Ron Wyden.
