
Rachelle Rennagel is Senior Discovery Counsel at Selendy Gay, where she oversees the firm’s eDiscovery function and its industry-leading services across all commercial litigation matters. With more than 20 years of experience leading eDiscovery groups, supporting complex casework, and managing law firm operations, Rachelle has deep experience in developing and delivering efficient and defensible discovery practices, as well as implementing the adoption of AI and advanced review technologies. A certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E/US), Rachelle has also helped clients navigate the complex data privacy requirements in cross-border and international disputes.
Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Rachelle served as Special Counsel in the Information Law and Electronic Discovery group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where she advised clients on data governance and disposition, litigation readiness and hold procedures, defensible review methodologies, and all aspects of eDiscovery and enabling technologies. Previously, she served as Global eDiscovery Counsel & Director of Research and Information Services at White & Case, overseeing the firm’s global litigation support and research departments.
