Samuel J. Kwak

Samuel J. Kwak is a litigator with experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, restructuring and internal investigations.

Samuel earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he served as the Financial Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law, and his MBA from Columbia Business School.

Prior to joining Selendy Gay, Samuel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Naomi Reice Buchwald of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
