Sylvia Woodmansee handles a wide range of complex litigation matters. Sylvia earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was an articles editor for the California Law Review, co-director of the Workers’ Rights Clinic, and student clinician in the International Human Rights Law Clinic.
While in law school, Sylvia was a legal intern for the Alameda County Public Defender and Centro de los Derechos del Migrante, an organization that advocates for the rights of migrant workers across the country. Prior to law school, Sylvia worked as an immigration paralegal in Oakland, California, assisting clients with a wide range of affirmative and defensive applications for immigration benefits.
