For the fourth consecutive year, Selendy & Gay has announced associate bonuses that exceed the scale set by national Big Law firms.

 

“We had a great year representing clients in new and complex commercial cases and weighty, public interest matters,” said Managing Partner Jennifer Selendy. “We know that all these successes would not be possible without the excellent work of our associates, and our well-deserved bonuses recognize their outstanding contributions.”

Since opening its doors, Selendy & Gay has rewarded its associates with above-market compensation and bonuses. Throughout the year, the firm also paid out special bonuses exceeding those offered by other top firms.

 

Selendy & Gay’s 2021 year-end bonuses follow this track, exceeding bonuses announced by other leading firms.

 

Associates in good standing received bonuses that materially outpaced market rates. 

 

The firm’s 2021 base bonus amounts were as follows, with some associates in mid-level and senior classes receiving more based on a holistic assessment of performance.
