For the eighth consecutive year, Selendy Gay will exceed the associate bonus levels set by the legal market.

This year, associate bonuses are set at 15% above market as a baseline. The vast majority of associates will receive bonuses meaningfully above that level, based on a holistic assessment of performance, hours, and contributions to the firm. Combined with special bonuses, this will result in total bonuses up to more than 50% above market.
