Amy Nemetz focuses on complex litigation matters and trial practice. She has represented clients in products liability matters, securities litigation, commercial disputes, and private arbitration. Her clients have included major pharmaceutical, media, and energy companies, as well as financial services and investment firms. Amy was a member of a team that tried five bellwether jury trials in state and federal court in a MDL and coordinated state products liability action, all resulting in either defense verdicts or overturned plaintiffs’ verdicts.
Amy's significant public interest practice, includes representing immigration clients in asylum and visa proceedings and pursuits of civil rights claims in federal court.
Amy received her J.D., magna cum laude, from New York University School of Law. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jan E. DuBois of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
