Josette Rodriguez-Winograd is the Chief Operating Officer of Selendy Gay Elsberg, where she is responsible for leading all operational and administrative functions, including recruiting, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, marketing and business development, research and development, office administration, and litigation support. Working closely with Firm leadership, Josette drives the Firm’s strategic plan while identifying and implementing process improvements across the Firm. She also serves on the Firm’s diversity & inclusion committee. Prior to joining Selendy Gay Elsberg, Josette led business development departments at several AmLaw 100 firms.
Josette earned her Ph. D. from the New School University. Josette is actively involved in the charitable activities of American Ballet Theatre, The Frick Collection, the Association of Latino Professionals, Hispanic Federation and Trinity Place Shelter.
