Josette Rodriguez-Winograd is the Chief Operating Officer of Selendy Gay Elsberg, where she is responsible for leading all operational and administrative functions, including recruiting, human resources, finance and accounting, information technology, marketing and business development, research and development, office administration, and litigation support. Working closely with Firm leadership, Josette drives the Firm’s strategic plan while identifying and implementing process improvements across the Firm. She also serves on the Firm’s diversity & inclusion committee. Prior to joining Selendy Gay Elsberg, Josette led business development departments at several AmLaw 100 firms.
Josette earned her Ph. D. from the New School University. She is a board member of the Speyer Legacy School, the only independent school that serves gifted learners, and the Institute for Human Identity, which provides LGBTQ+-affirming mental health care to people of all sexual orientations and gender identities. Josette is actively involved in the Association of Latino Professionals, Hispanic Federation, CHIEF and serves on fundraising committees at Trinity Place Shelter and the American Ballet Theatre.
