Manuel Valderrama handles a broad range of complex litigation matters, with particular expertise in international arbitration.

Manuel earned a Bachelor of Law, summa cum laude, from Universidad de Chile and a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School, where he was a Fulbright Scholar. He is a contributor to a book on international arbitration that is dedicated to Columbia Law Professor George Bermann, one of the most prominent arbitration practitioners in the U.S. and Manuel’s former professor.  Manuel authored a chapter on the use of U.S. Code Section 1782 during discovery related to international arbitrations. 

Manuel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Jorge Dahm of the Supreme Court ­­of Chile. Manuel also received a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from the International Academy for Arbitration Law.
