Rachel Slepoi represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial cases, class actions, bankruptcies, and arbitrations.

Rachel began her career at Selendy Gay. She rejoined the firm in 2025 after clerking on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served on the Virginia Law Review and earned the Roger and Madeleine Traynor Prize for outstanding student writing.
