Shelby Rokito is a litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, corporate governance disputes, bankruptcy litigation and counseling for plaintiffs and defendants.
In her public interest practice, Shelby has worked on plaintiff-side litigation concerning federal student loan forgiveness, including a lawsuit in the District of Columbia against the federal agency tasked with administering the program. Shelby also serves as a member of the team representing a non-profit solar energy advocacy organization in a proceeding before the Utah Public Service Commission regarding the rate for customer-generated solar energy.
